I Walk My Own Path...

Critics, detractors, opponents, trolls, backbiters, those who envy me…

Those who speak sweetly in front of me but strike from behind –

Not just in my life, but in everyone’s life — they have been, are, and will always be.

Because... a tree that bears sweet fruit must endure the stones thrown at it. Why would anyone throw stones at a tree that bears nothing?

Behind every success of mine, there are a few people who genuinely appreciate it.

Such noble, selfless, and cultured individuals are our true strength and wealth.

No matter how good you are or what you do, there will always be someone ready to criticize, mock, and belittle you.

People don’t doubt the blackness of coal — They question the purity of gold.

So, let me tell you what did I learn. 

I learn from both kinds of people. 

From the good, I take inspiration; from the rest, I learn patience and tolerance.

In such situations, I simply say to those who burn with jealousy: 

"You keep your envy alive…

I’ll keep my brilliance alive!"

 What Do Opponents Say?

Opposing what's wrong is necessary. But some people oppose just for the sake of it.

They create hurdles in your path,

Clip your wings, Whip you with constant criticism, Try to discourage and destroy you.

They bind your feet and still expect you to win marathons.

They shoot arrows of criticism to wound you, Steal the color from your canvas, And do everything they can to stop you from shining.

They will never speak a word of praise. They’ll pray for your downfall, your plans to be ruined,

Even wish you end up begging on the streets.

Such jaundiced minds sit with hopes in their hearts just for you to fail.

Ignore these barking dogs and continue doing your work

with honesty, dedication, and unwavering focus.

 And Those Who Talk Behind Your Back...?

Speaking ill of others never raises your own worth.

Instead of wasting precious time on slandering others, if these people would just put a little effort into real work, they too might achieve something good.  While measuring someone else’s height, it’s equally important to measure your own.

Instead of peering through a telescope to find minor flaws in others, take a good look at the major flaws within yourself.

 Why Do They Burn (With Jealousy)?

They are constantly smoldering –

That might be the only thing they’re good at.

Understanding what is truly right (not who is right) takes maturity,

and some take a long time to develop it.

Jealousy, small-mindedness, cowardice – These are the traits of the weak.

Prestige and positions don’t come easily. They come through hard work, study, and sacrifice.

But some who receive fame, money, or status through inheritance or favoritism

have no better work than to envy those who earn it.

 My Perspective:

Ignore criticism.

Keep working consistently, with strength, passion, and integrity.

Time and destiny always place people where they truly belong.

Look at criticism with empathy,

opposition with confidence,

and trolls with calmness.

 In the End, Just This Much:

"Say what you will,

I walk my own path...

consistently, honestly, and with confidence!"
